A local museum. The museum has many exhibits on display relating to the town. It has volunteers manning it on Friday through to Sunday from about Easter until October or thereabouts. In the summer it is open full time manned by employed staff. The Friends of Ballycastle Museum are a knowledgeable and friendly bunch and it is they who have a great collective understanding of local history. The museum is open to locals and visitors alike and it's surprising how much they can learn. It is well worth a visit. There is no entry fee.

Great place in Ballycastle, especially on rainy days! Entry is free as well. Many thanks to Melanie, who could answer lots of questions and give additional information.

Great staff with very good knowledge of local history and locations
