Sadly I do not have a favourable review. I was in contact with McFarland for 3 days over the sale of a car. I had phoned and arranged to come and collect the car, having paid for the years insurance. I had phoned to ask for directions and said "if you sell the car between now and tomorrow morning, please let me know".When I arrived I was told the car was sold. I understand come first, come served, but all they had to do was phone or even text me. I took the day off work and drove from Islandmagee to Ballycastle. They wasted my entire day, mucked up my insurance and I am 30 worse off in petrol.Not a good experience.
I highly recommend McFarlands. Fast, efficient, reliable and friendly service at reasonable rates.
